白头翁汤提取工艺的研究及薄层鉴别优化 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高白头翁汤有效成分的提取,优化白头翁汤薄层色谱鉴别条件。本试验以出膏率来评价提取次数对该方提取的影响,以沉淀量为考察对象研究白头翁汤最佳配伍方式,从改变氨水添加顺序的角度对方中黄连、秦皮的薄层色谱鉴别结果的影响进行研究。结果白头翁汤提取4次时得膏率最多为29.47%;全方提取时沉淀量最少为6%;秦皮的鉴别不需要用浓氨水预饱和处理,而黄连鉴别则需要浓氨水预饱和处理后进行展开。 This study is aimed to improve the extraction of pulsatilla decoction effective constituent and optimize pulsatilla de-coction TLC identification condition.The experiment evaluated the influence of extraction times for dry extract yielding rate,re-searched on the pulsatilla decoction best compatibility mode by investigating precipitation amount as the inspection object,and dis-cussed the influence of the adding order of ammonia to coptis chinensis,cortex fraxini on TLC identification result.The pulsatilla de-coction extract yielding rate was 29.47% for four times extraction,holo-formula extraction gets the least precipitation amount 6%,cor-tex fraxini identify do not need preliminary saturation treatment by using ammonia,but coptis chinensis requires preliminary satura-tion treatment and expansion.
