循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统的分析和研究

Analysis and Study on Combustion Control System of CFBB

随着国家对环境保护的要求日益提高,循环流化床锅炉(以下简称CFBB)在国内已经得到了广泛的应用,然而在国内的控制领域对于循环流化床的控制仍然是薄弱环节,因此如何加深对生产过程的了解、完善控制策略、提高CFBB控制的自动化水平就变得越来越重要了。根据几年来CFBB运行的经验,对CFBB运行参数的控制与调整作以下分析和研究。并针对CFBB的燃烧机理和以往控制策略的不足,提出一套更为实用的新型的控制策略。

Along with increasing of the national requirements on environmental protection, the circulating fluidized bed boiler （hereinafter referred to as CFBB） has been widely used in China. However. in the field of control for the control of domestic circulating fluidized bed is still a weak point. Therefore. how to deepen the understanding of the manufacturing process, to improve tbe control strategy, to improve the level of automation control of CFB become more and more important. According to the experience of CFBB operation for several years, analysis and research on the CFBB control and adjustment of running parameters are described in this paper. Aiming at the combustion mechanism of CFBB and the previous control deficiencies, a more practical control strategy model is also proposed.
