天津市养鱼水质生态监控系统的建立

摘要 筛选了污水鱼塘水质监控指标和鱼体监控指标,通过监控系统及时发现和报告污染警情,对污水养鱼加以监控和限制,从技术和管理上对污染加以控制,减少由污染造成的养殖业损失,提高水产品的质量.还探讨了利用装填阳离子交换树脂的半透膜囊监测水环境中生物有效态重金属以及利用鱼外周血微核率监控鱼塘污染的可能性. Tianjin monitoring and control system for sewage fishing culture was established.The system could give pollution alarm call through monitoring.In this way,on the basis of technology and management measures proposed,pollution will be controlled,sewage fishing culture will be limited,aquatic environmental quality will be improved and the fish quality will be increased.In addition,application of dialysis membrane filled with cation exchange resins on long-term monitoring bioavailable metal has been studied.It was demonstrated that the dialysis membrane filled with chelex-100 resins absorbed the micro-content copper and lead in water selectively and effectively.By comparing the copper and lead accumulation by membrane and fish,it was found that the relation between the concentration of free copper in water and the amount of copper accumulated by membrane and fish were correlated.
