How do We Shoulder the Historical Responsibility to Advance and Enrich Excellent Traditional Culture

中华传统文化是社会主义核心价值观的源头活水。当前,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦对弘扬优秀传统文化提出了新的时代要求。习近平总书记在党的十八大以来的一系列重要论述,充分体现了我们党高度的文化自觉和文化自信,充分彰显了我们党对中华传统文化的新认识新境界,也赋予了文化部门新的历史使命。面对新的形势和任务,江苏各级文化部门需要切实增强弘扬中华优秀传统文化的使命感责任感,以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为核心任务,以"挖掘阐发、保护弘扬、传播推广、融合发展"为工作方针,以"取其精华"为第一要务,积极探索弘扬中华优秀传统文化的方法和路径,建立健全优秀传统文化传承体系,不断提升江苏文化的软实力。弘扬优秀传统文化要关注以下五个方面,一是加强研究阐发,为弘扬优秀传统文化提供活水源泉;二是加强遗产保护,为弘扬优秀传统文化夯实资源基础;三是加强创造转化,为弘扬优秀传统文化丰富文化载体;四是加强宣传普及,为弘扬优秀传统文化营造浓厚氛围;五是加强制度建设,为弘扬优秀传统文化建立机制保障。

Currently, there is a new request to advance and enrich traditional culture so as to actualize Chinese dream of national renaissance. As one of the birthplaces Of Chinese civilization, Jiangsu province must actively participate in- to exploring the means and ways to spread and advocate excellent traditional culture, and to establish a perfect system of cultural inheritance so as to promote the creative transferring, innovative development of traditional culture, and ul- timately continually promote the cultural soft power Of Jiangsu province. Therefore, the following five points should be done： firstly, to do further research and interpretation, secondly, to strengthen heritage protection, thirdly, to crea- tively transfer, fourthly, to do more work to publicize, and fifthly, to strengthen systematic construction.
