刘海粟、徐悲鸿美术教育模式比较

Comparison between Liu Haisu and Xu Beihong's Art Education Mode

刘海粟、徐悲鸿是我国现代美术教育的先驱者,其教学模式各有特色。尽管存在着许多分歧,并且矛盾重重,一人崇尚艺术表现主义,注重发挥学生的艺术创造力,兼容并蓄;一人接受了写实主义教育思想,注重教学的科学性和系统性。两人对20世纪的中国美术教育体制的确立,产生着重要而深远的影响。当然,刘、徐在教学上互为特色,一时难以比较优劣,只能在历史潮流中去检验。

As pioneers of modem Chinese art education, Liu Haisu advocates artistic expressiveness, and pays much attention to inspiring students＇ art creativity ; yet, accepting realism thoughts, Xu Beihong stresses scientific and aca- demic teaching. They have exerted a great impact on establishing education system of Chinese fine arts. Of course, it is difficult to tell whose teaching is more superior. Perhaps, time will tell us in the end.
