With the development of smart phone technology and Internet technology, Internet financial model gradually rise. It has brought a series of challenges to the traditional commercial banks and securities fund industry. The concept and characteristics of the Internet financial were introduced. And the value of the Internet financial was analyzed from two aspects of competition and integration of Internet financial and commercial banks and the mutual benefit of the Internet finance and securities fund industry. Finally the Internet financial problems should be payed attention to were put forward from a regulatory point of view.
