大数据几乎正在颠覆每一个行业,特别是零售业。2014年,零售业面临着市场环境和新一代消费者需求的巨大变化。本文主要以国内零售业大数据应用为重点进行研究,包括零售业发展周期、零售业大数据的类型和价值维度,分析了大数据在用户、市场、产品、供应链、运营等企业发展各个方面的应用,并对零售业大数据的发展趋势进行了预测。
Big data is upending nearly every industry, especially the retail industry. In 2014, the retail industry is facing with the great changes of the market environment and the new generation consumer demand. The paper mainly focus on the domestic retail big data application, including the development cycle, the type and the value dimension of retail big data. The big data application in users, market,product, supply-chain and operation were analyzed, and the trend of the development of the large retail data was predicted.
