摘要
首先介绍2014年中国网民权益保护调查报告的调查背景、目的及方式,分析网民权益的认知与损失,对垃圾信息等4个重点关注问题进行说明,最后对典型网络应用场景侵权现象与损失进行分析。
The background, purpose and means of the report of rights and interests protection of China netizens in 2014 were introduced. The cognition and loss of rights and interests of netizens were analyzed.The four concerned problems such as spam were explained. Finally, the infringement and loss of the typical network application scene were analyzed.
