舒适护理对胸腔闭式引流患者的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect of Comfort Care for Patients with Thoracic Drainage

目的探讨舒适护理对胸腔闭式引流患者的应用价值并评价其效果。方法选取我科2011年9月至2013年9月120例行胸腔闭式引流患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。所有患者均给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理。比较两组患者的舒适度、心理状态、疼痛程度、住院时间、引流时间、置管期间导管相关并发症的发生率及满意度。结果观察组各项研究指标均显著优于对照组。结论对胸腔闭式引流术后患者应用舒适护理,可以明显提高患者舒适度,改善患者心理状态,减轻疼痛,减少引流时间及住院时间,减少置管期间导管相关性并发症的发生,整体提升患者对护理工作满意度。舒适护理在临床护理工作中的临床应用价值显著,临床效果良好。

Objective To explore the value of comfort care for patients with thoracic drainage, and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods 120 patients who underwent thoracic drainage from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comfort care on the basis of routine nursing. Patients＇ degree of comfort, psychological states, pain degree, length of stay, duration of drainage, incidence of catheter-related complications and satisfaction degree were observed and compared between two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in all indicators of research. Conclusions The application of comfort care for patients with thoracic drainage can significantly improve patients＇ comfort degree and psychological states, relieve pain, reduce drainage time and length of stay, reduce incidence of catheter-related complications, and enhance patients＇ satisfaction to care overall.
