摘要
目的探讨品质圈(quality circle,QC)活动对急诊急腹症患者满意度的影响。方法成立QC小组,采用回顾性调查分析的方法,调查QC活动前急腹症患者满意度情况及存在的问题,组织全科护士针对患者投诉的原因,制定对策,组织实施。比较实施QC活动前后的患者满意度。结果患者满意度由活动前的90.16%上升到活动后的94.88%,活动前后比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 QC活动可有效提高患者的满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the quality circle (QC) effect on the satisfaction of patients with acute abdominal emergency. Methods The QC team was set up, using a retrospective investigation and analysis. Nurses were organized to analyze the reasons of patients' complaints, develop countermeasures, and organize implementation. The patients' satisfactions before and after QC activity were compared. Results Patients' satisfactions increased to 94.88% after QC activity, compared with 90.16% before QC activity, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions QC activity can effectively improve patients' satisfactions and improve quality of nursing.
