摘要
在Human Library服务中,图书馆、高校院系、高校社团协会、政府部门、民间非营利组织、媒体等都可成为图书馆的合作对象,合作内容包括真人书资源的共建共享、真人图书馆员的共建共享、读者工作的协同管理、活动费用的多方筹措、活动场地的相互借用。图书馆要通过培养合作意识、成立合作协调机构、构建图书馆Human Library服务联盟、发挥图书馆在合作中的引领作用来有效提升图书馆Human Library服务的水平。
Cooperation can effectively enhance the human library service level of a library. In the human library service, the library can cooperate with libraries, college faculties, college associations, government departments, non - profit organizations and the media. Cooperation includes human books sharing, human librarians sharing, collaborative management of readers, funds from multiple sources and venue sharing. There are four countermeasures to realize cooperation in human library service of a library which are euhivating cooperation sense, establishing coordination agencies, building human library service alliances of library and exerting the leading role of the library.
