我国科研人员参与学术信息资源开放获取的调查研究

Investigation of the Involvement in Academic Information Resources Open Access of Chinese Researchers

通过问卷调查了解我国科研人员对学术信息资源开放获取的参与现状及影响因素等,在此基础上,主要从科研人员整体及有参与经历的科研人员两个角度,根据影响较大的因素分析科研人员参与开放获取的主要推动力,包括:保证科研人员对OA有足够的认知程度,建设具权威性和影响力的OA资源,保持OA出版模式的优势,避免知识产权纠纷,将OA资源纳入学术评价体系,对OA期刊投稿提供经费支持。

This paper gets the information about the status and influencing factors of Chinese researchers participating in academic information resources open access through investigation. Then it analyzes the main driving forces based on prominent factors, from two angles of all researchers and researchers with participation experience. They include ensuring that the researchers have sufficient awareness of open access, building authoritative and influential open access resources, maintaining the advantages of open access publishing model, avoiding intellectual property disputes, adding open access resources to the academic evaluation system, and providing financial support to researchers for submitting open access journals.
