摘要
以涤纶436 dtex/96 f及516 dtex/96 f预取向丝-拉伸变形丝(POY-DTY)为例,在聚合、纺丝及加弹工艺上,通过降低熔体特性黏度并使端羧基含量上升,能较好地改善布面的丰满度;POY生产中十字形喷丝孔的使用、DTY网络度的降低等措施能够在一定程度上提升布面丰满度,但不能根本性改善DTY的柔性。
Taking 436 dtex/96 f and 516 dtex/96 f polyester pre-oriented yarn（POY）/ draw textured yarn（DTY） as example, it found that the fullness of polyester filament cloth can be improved through decease in-trinsic viscosity and increase carboxylic content of melt in polymerization, using cruciform cross sectionspinneret in spinning and reducing interlacing point in draw texturizing. However, the last two above men-tioned measures can not improve the flexibility of DTY at all.
