咪达唑仑复合输注瑞芬太尼用于老年患者结肠镜检查的效果观察

摘要 目的对咪达唑仑复合瑞芬太尼麻醉方法在老年结肠镜检查患者中的应用进行分析研究。方法将我院接受结肠镜检查的老年患者分为两组,分别接受咪达唑仑复合瑞芬太尼麻醉(M组)和异氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉(E组),比较两组的麻醉效果。结果 M组的血气指标与E组之间存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论咪达唑仑复合输注瑞芬太尼麻醉方法在老年结肠镜检查患者中的应用是可行的,对患者的血气运行影响较小,值得临床应用。 Objective:To study and analyze the application of midazolam and remifentanil anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy. Methods:our hospital in elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy were divided into two groups,re-spectively treated with midazolam and remifentanil anesthesia and isofluranecombined with remifentanil anesthesia,com-pared with two groups of anesthetic effect. Results:there are significant differences between blood gas indexes in M group and E group,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion:the application of midazolam combined infusion of remifentanil anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy is practicable in theblood run,little effect of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
