大学生口腔卫生情况和就诊需求调查分析

The investigation of university students' oral hygiene and medical needs

目的了解大学生的主要口腔问题、口腔疾病就诊情况和影响大学生到口腔卫生服务机构就诊的因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,对杭州滨江高教园区5所高校在校558名大学生进行口腔主要问题和就诊意识的调查。结果 58.42%的学生知道自己患有龋病,48.92%的学生曾有过牙龈肿痛或出血,医学类院校在龋病、咀嚼时牙齿酸痛、牙齿色素沉着三方面显著高于非医学类院校,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);70.07%的学生反应过去一年内有过牙齿不适,就诊率只有35.48%,医学类院校就诊率高于非医学类院校,构成比分别为40.72%和32.05%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响大学生到口腔卫生服务机构就诊的因素主要有医生技术水平、医务人员服务态度、就诊费用,分别占85.30%、67.92%、62.72%。结论大学生口腔健康状况不容乐观,但就诊率不高,其口腔保健意识和就诊意识有待提高。

Objective：To comprehend the principal oral health problems,oral diseases’treatment conditions and fac-tors of the university students. Methods：We investigated 558 students from five universities about their principal oral health problems and treatment intentions with questionnaire we designed. Results：There were 58. 42 percent students having caries and 48. 92% percent students having the gingival gall and bleeding. The medical universities were superior to the non - medical universities in the caries,toothache and pigmentation. There were 70. 07% percent students having the oral problems and only 35. 48% percent students seeing the doctors over the past year. The medical universities were superior to the non - medical universities in the outpatient rate. There were several factors influencing university students to the oral health services clinic including the doctors’medical skill,the medical staffs’service attitude and the clinic expense. The rates of these factors were respectively 85. 30% ,67. 92% ,62. 72% percent. Conclusions：The university students’oral health is negative. However,the outpatient rate is low. Their oral health awareness and treatment intentions have yet to be improved.
