In August 2011, Jinhua established the first electronic commerce office of the province＇s business system; In May 2013, it established the first Cyber Economic Development Bureau in China. In July 2014, it was the first one in China to officially bring foreign exchange collection and settlement of cross-boMer e-commerce into the scope of individual foreign exchange administration; In September 2014, it established the first Jinyi E-commerce School of the nation... Several firsts not only tamped the foundation for a rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Zhejiang Province, but also forged ]inhua as a star city of crossborder e-commerce.
2011年8月，成立全省商务系统首个电子商务处；2013年5月，成立全国首家网络经济发展局；2014年7月，率先在全国正式将跨境电子商务收结汇纳入个人贸易外汇管理范畴；2014年9月，建立全国首家金义网络经济学院……若干个第一，不仅夯实了金华市跨境电子商务快速发展的基础，而且铸就了金华这个跨境电商的明星之城。
