汪受传教授治疗厌食用药的相关分析和因子分析

Correlation Analysis and Factor Analysis on Prescription Experiences of Anorexia Treatment by Professor Wang Shouchuan

目的:利用相关分析、聚类分析和因子分析方法挖掘汪受传教授治疗小儿厌食的用药规律。方法:以汪受传教授门诊治疗小儿厌食的208份病案为基础,通过对处方中28味核心中药进行相关系数运算及可视化处理、系统聚类及公因子提取发现其中用药规律。结果:汪受传教授治疗厌食以运脾消食为核心,配伍理气、化湿中药,辨证选用清热润下和补气固表中药。结论:相关分析、聚类分析和因子分析能够分析方剂中中药配伍规律,可用于名老中医处方经验的数据挖掘。

This study was aimed to analyze the medication rules of ProfessorWang Shouchuanon pediatric anorexiatreatment through correlation analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis methods. A total of 208 prescriptions ontreatment of pediatric anorexia by ProfessorWang Shouchuanwere selected. Among them, 28 core herbs were extracted for correlation analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis. The results showed that ProfessorWang Shouchuanmainly uses spleen-activating and digestion-promoting in the anorexia treatment. It was combined byherbs ofqi-regulating and dampness-removing. Herbs of heat-clearing, lubricant laxation,qi-tonifying and exterior-securing were also used according to syndrome differentiation. It was concluded that correlation analysis, clusteranalysis and factor analysis methods, which were effective methods to analyze the compatibility of herbal medicine,can be used in the data mining of clinical experiences of famous senior Chinese medicine doctors.
