摘要
目的探讨在护理教学中开展体验性教学的效果。方法将2010级护理专业54名本科学生分为6组,选择活动与休息的部分课程内容设置为体验情境,让学生亲身体验患者的感受,最后进行总结汇报,写出心得体会。课程结束后,发放调查表了解学生对体验性教学效果的评价。结果学生普遍反映体验性教学激发了学习兴趣,提高了学习积极性和主动性,加深了对患者的理解,增加了对患者的爱心和同理心及对职业的认同感。结论体验性教学有利于提高教学效果,并有利于促进学生的职业道德素质。
Objective To evaluate the effects of experiential teaching for undergraduate nursing students. Methods Fifty-four undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2010 were divided into six groups. We designed a series of simulation activities in some chapters for students to experience;the students reflected,summarized and reported their feelings at the end of the class. A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching outcomes. Results The students reported that experiential teaching enhanced their learning interests,love and empathy to patients,and the understanding of the career. Conclusion The application of experiential teaching can improve teaching outcomes and contributes to cultivation of nursing students' professional ethics.
