曲美他嗪在不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的应用

Trimetazidine in the Ttreatment of Unstable angina Pectoris

目的：观察曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法：将78例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组给予常规抗心绞痛治疗，实验组加用曲美他嗪，疗程为3个月，治疗结束后观察2组患者的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油应用剂量和左心室射血分数。结果：治疗结束后，与对照组相比，实验组每周硝酸甘油应用剂量和心绞痛发作的次数明显减少、射血分数明显改善，差异有统计学意义（p＜0．05）。在副作用方面，实验组仅有3例患者发生轻度腹胀，无严重不良反应发生。结论：曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效可靠，不良反应轻。

Objective：To observe the effect trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris .Methods：78 patients were randomly di-vided into experimental group and control group , control group was given conventional treatment of angina , the experimental group with QuMei trimetazidine , treatment for 3 months, after the end of treatment were observed in two groups of patients with angina attack frequen -cy, nitroglycerin dosage and left ventricular ejection fraction .Results：after the treatment, compared with control group , the experimental group weekly nitroglycerin dosage and angina was significantly reduced , ejection fraction improved significantly , the difference was statisti-cally significant （p＆amp;lt;0.05）.In terms of side effects, the experimental group only 3 patients had mild abdominal distension , no serious adverse reactions .Conclusion：Trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris and reliable , less adverse reactions .
