某型大客车板簧悬架设计与实体建模

摘要 根据悬架的设计要求,详细介绍板簧悬架弹性元件的计算,减振器的设计,以及钢板弹簧与车架的连接方式,并进行必要的强度和刚度校核。探讨采用CATIA进行板簧悬架建模的步骤,为客车板簧悬架设计提供参考。 The paper offered a detailed introduction on the design of calculation of elastic element of the spring auspension according to the requirements of the professional design. It also presented the design of absorber and the connecting way of leaf spring and frame, and meanwhile it made the necessary check of the intensity and rigidity and explained the steps of planting spring suspension modeling with CATIA, which gave the meaningful reference for the further design.
