The paper discussed the main problems of internal management according to the definition of internal control, its objectives, characteristics and principles, combined with the actual situation of agricultural scientific research units. Furthermore, it offered the cor-responding solution measures which were a meaningful reference to ensuring the effective implementation of the internal control manage-ment of agricultural scientific research units.
