PDCA循环结合PIO健康教育形式在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房患者随访中的应用

Application of PDCA combined with PIO health education model to the follow-up of patients with standardized treatment of cancer pain in the service demonstration ward

目的:探讨PDCA循环结合PIO健康教育形式在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房患者随访中的应用效果。方法:将96例晚期癌症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,对照组进行常规随访模式管理,实验组在此基础上应用PDCA理论结合PIO健康教育形式进行随访管理;观察比较两组疼痛评分、生命质量评分。结果:实验组出院后1个月疼痛评分、生命质量评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环结合PIO健康教育形式是一种规范化的随访模式,能为患者提供"四全"随访管理,提高出院患者的癌痛自我管理能力及生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of application of PDCA combined with PIO health education model to the follow-up of patients with standardized treatment of cancer pain in the service demonstration ward.Methods：96 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（48 cases in each group）.The routine follow-up management was used in the control group;PDCA combined with PIO health education model was implemented in the patient＇s follow-up in the experimental group.The pain score and the score of life quality of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the pain score and the score of life quality of the patients between the two groups after discharge for one month（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA combined with PIO health education model is a standardized follow-up model and it can improve the ability of self management and life quality of the discharged patients with cancer pain.
