7种传统经方中6种金属元素的含量测定

Determination of 6 Metal Elements in Seven Traditional Prescriptions by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对戊己丸、四逆汤等7种传统经方中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb、Cd的含量进行测定。样品用浓硝酸微波消解,含量用校准曲线法测定。结果显示,7种传统经方中均含有丰富的金属元素,方法的加标回收率为94%-106%,精密度的相对标准偏差(n=10)为1.091%-3.078%。方法简单快速,结果准确可靠。 The method for the determination of the contents of Cu, Fe,Zn,Mn,Pb and Cd in seven traditional prescriptions were established by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with microwave digestion. The samples were digested by microwave with conc. HNO3, and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. The results show the elements recovery of standard addition were between 94%-106%, the RSD of precision was in the range of 1.091%-3.078%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
