Determination of Aniline Compounds in Soil by Distilling

土壤在碱性条件下完全蒸馏，在酸性条件下与亚硝酸重氮化，再与盐酸萘乙二胺偶合，在波长545nm处测定中土壤中苯胺类化合物，方法检出限为0．15μg／g，加标回收率满足80％-110％质控范围，此方法用于测定土壤中苯胺类化合物可得到满意的结果。

Distilling completely under alkaline conditions, and diazotizing with nitrous acid under acidic conditions, and then with N-（1-naphthyl） ethylenediamine dihydrochloride coupling of aniline compounds in soil was measured at a wavelength of 545nm. The method detection limit is 0.15μg/g and recoveries meet the range of 80% to 110% quality control. This method is suitable for the determination of anilines in soil.
