摘要
采用微波消解方法对胶原蛋白肠衣进行前处理,研究温度压力和介质对砷和汞测定的影响,并通过加标回收率评价方法的准确性和精密度。通过实验表明:微波消解法砷、汞回收率分别为92%-109%、85%-105%,相对标准偏差均小于7%,结果满意。
A microwave digestion method was used in pretreatment of collagen casing, researching pressure and temperature on determination influences of arsenic and mercury, and it is used to evaluate accuracy and precision of the method by recovery rate. Experimental process proved: recovery of arsenic and mercury is 92%-109%, 85%-105%, relative standard deviation is less than 7%, the result is satisfied.
