本科人才培养质量标准研制路径探析——基于PDCA循环理论的视角

Path Exploration on the Formulation of Quality Standards in Talent Cultivation from the View of the PDCA Management Theory

近年来,本科人才培养质量标准成为我国本科教育改革中备受关注的议题。本科人才培养质量标准的研制过程也是高校查找培养问题、改进人才培养质量的过程。本文就本科人才培养质量标准存在的问题进行讨论,从PDCA质量循环视角探寻本科人才培养质量标准的研制路径,拟构建出契合国情、校情的本科人才培养质量标准。

The standards for the quality of talent cultivation have become a major concern in the reform of undergraduate education in our country in recent years. The process of establishing quality standards is also a process of identifying inadequacies and improving talent cultivation quality. This study mainly discusses the existing problems of the standards for the quality of talent cultivation and attempts to explore the path for formulating proper standards for the quality of talent cultivation based on the PDCA management theory, in order to construct standards which are suited for the current conditions of the country and of the university.
