摘要
随着社会转型与产业升级,传统高校成人教育的发展困境日渐显露。外部环境的"倒逼"机制迫使高校成人教育转型发展之话题从潜隐的幕后转移到公开讨论的前台。高校成人教育转型是个累进的变迁过程,需要经过全面探索改革路向并渐次推进,其中教育理念转型是先导,人才培养模式转型是关键,教育发展方式转型是核心,体制机制转型是保障。
With the social transformation and industrial upgrading, developmental dilemma of traditional adult education has become increasingly obvious. The topic on the transformation of adult education in colleges and universities has been put forward publicly, which is forced by the reversed transmission mechanism from external environment. Through reviewing and prospecting, this paper found that the transformation of adult education is a progressive transition process of transformation, which needs to be thoroughly explored and promoted gradually. The education philosophy transformation is the guide, the personnel training pattern transformation is the key, education development mode is the core, and mechanism transformation is the guarantee.
