风洞内型面顶面水磨石施工工艺与抗拉试验研究

摘要 在异形风洞体顶面施工水磨石具有较大难度,选取典型的顶面水磨石的施工方法为研究对象,水泥砂浆和水磨石面层中采用不同的配合比,自制试验装置,进行了抗拉试验,通过研究总结了异形风洞顶面水磨石的施工工艺,并得出水泥砂浆层水泥与砂的质量配合比宜为1∶(2~2.5),总厚度宜为25~30mm,水磨石层水泥与石子的质量配合比宜为1∶(1~1.5),厚度宜为10~15mm,水磨石层中石子粒径宜为3~5mm。通过该工艺施工的风洞体内壁,能保证面层具有足够的安全富余度。 It is difficult to construct terrazzo on top surface of heterotypic wind tunnel. Typical terrazzo construction technology on top surface is selected. Different mix proportion of mortar layer and terrazzo layer is made up. Tensile test is done by using the self-made test device. Through research,terrazzo construction technology on top surface of heterotypic wind tunnel is summarized. The conclusion includes the ratio of cement and sand in mortar layer should be 1∶( 2 ~ 2. 5),the total thickness should be 25 ~30mm,the ratio of cement and gravel in terrazzo layer should be 1∶( 1 ~ 1. 5),the thickness should be10 ~ 15 mm,and stone size of terrazzo should be 3 ~ 5mm. Through the construction process,the wind tunnel wall can ensure that the surface layer has sufficient safety margin.
