摘要
储罐外罐是确保LNG储罐安全的关键设施,预应力筋施工过程是建立结构受力体系的重要环节,研究其建立过程对LNG储罐具有重要意义。以某大型LNG储罐为背景,选用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元实体模型,分析了LNG储罐在预应力筋施工过程中罐体的变形、应力状态以及预应力筋应力状态,验证了LNG储罐罐体在预应力施工过程中受力性能良好并在控制范围内。
The outer tank is the key facility to ensure the safety in the LNG storage tank,prestressed tendon construction process is an important part for establishing structure system,so it is of great significance to study the establishing process. Based on some LNG storage tank,this paper chooses a large general finite element software ANSYS and establishes the finite element solid model,analyzes the concrete stress state,storage tank deformation and prestressed tendon stress state,which proves good mechanical performance and the stress is under control during prestressed tendon construction.
