摘要
分析了HXGJ型免基础搅拌站在安装及使用过程中结构的安全性,分析了不同安装顺序下结构的抗倾覆性、基础承载能力及不变形等特性,为HXGJ型免基础搅拌站产品的应用与推广起到了技术支撑。经过分析证明HXGJ型免基础搅拌站在安装和使用阶段结构的抗倾覆能力、基础承载能力以及基础抵抗不均匀变形能力均满足要求。HXGJ型免基础搅拌站免除了传统的混凝土地基基础,既节省了成本,又有利于工程搅拌站的搬迁。设备安装也较混凝土地基基础安装过程更快捷方便,大大减少了安装时间并降低了安装难度,提高了设备的稳定性。
This paper analyzes the security of HXGJ type mixing plant with free foundation during installation and use,and analyzes the rollover resistance,the foundation bearing capacity and deformation characteristics under different installation sequence,which plays a technical support for application and promotion of free foundation HXGJ type mixing plant products. The analysis results prove that the HXGJ type mixing plant can meet the requirements against overturning,the foundation bearing capacity and capacity of resisting uneven deformation. The free foundation HXGJ type mixing plant not only eliminates the traditional concrete foundation and saves the cost,but also is conducive to the relocation project stirred station. The installation is more convenient comparing to concrete foundation which greatly reduces installation time and installation difficulty and improves the stability of the equipment.
