摘要
在狭窄现场逆作法工程中,采用JM型建筑用门式起重机作为逆作法施工的垂直升降机,取代了逆作法施工中常用的钢筋混凝土隧道、栈道、坡道、长臂挖机、履带抓斗挖机或吊斗进行盖挖土方出土方法,解决了狭窄空间出土难的问题,改善了地下结构施工的垂直运输条件。并通过增设超载保护器、桥箱平层防坠装置、围栏安全联锁和改进导轨立杆等安全装置,配置视频监控和信号司索,制定相应的安全管理规定,提高了JM型建筑用门式起重机作为非标设备的安全可靠性。
The JM type building gantry crane is used as a top-down vertical conveyor at some narrow construction sites which can solve the problem of earth-pouring in narrow construction sites and improve the underground vertical transportation conditions instead of the traditional top-down construction method to cut and cover earth,such as concrete tunnel,cliff,ramp,long-armed excavator,crawler grab bucket excavator,cableway bucket. It can improve the safety and reliability of the JM type building gantry crane as the non-standard equipments by many measures,such as increasing overload protection devices and anti-dropping devices for flat-layered bridge box, increasing safety interlocks,improving safety equipment,installing video surveillance systems,formulating some safety management regulations,etc.
