介绍了东日本铁路公司在新系列电动车陆续投入运行,机械装置、零部件等与使用限度相比具有富余的背景下,为进一步优化车辆维修体系所开展的研究工作。
The new series electric motor cars have been put into operation in succession in the East Japan Railway. As the mechanical devices, parts and components are within the limit of service, the research is made to further optimize the vehicle maintenance system.
