摘要 提高高校教师的创新能力,对于践行科学发展观、增强高校市场竞争力,乃至推动国民经济的进步都具有重要意义.以高校教师创新能力综合评价为出发点,通过构建高校教师创新能力评价指标体系,建立基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的多指标综合评估模型,并通过案例介绍了模型的具体应用. The evaluation of Brownfield Redevelopment Project is both theoretical and practical significance.In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the Brownfield Redevelopment Project, the paper puts forward a combination evaluation model based on the method set. Firstly, the paper applies Gray evaluation, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ,TOPSIS and PCA to evaluate the alternatives. Then, KENDALL-W Coefficient Test of Concordance is used to check up the coherence of the ranking results of the different method, and the method set is composed of the different method that meets the demand of statistical conherence; Sec- ondly, mean, borda and Copeland are used separately for the combination evaluation of the result and the circularly combination method is used to ensure the coherence of evaluation resule. Finally, this method is used to evaluate the Brownfield Redevelopment Project in a city, the result testifies the effectiveness of the model.
