涤纶的HA型耐碱分散染料染色

Dyeing of polyester with HA type alkali-resistant disperse dyes

采用耐碱性分散橙HA、红HA-3B和蓝HA对涤纶织物进行碱性染色,研究烧碱用量、扩散剂用量、染色温度和时间等对涤纶织物染色性能的影响;探讨染料对涤纶织物的提升性能和染色牢度。结果表明：分散橙HA、红HA-3B和蓝HA具有较好的耐碱稳定性,在碱性条件下,0-2%（omf）的染料用量范围内,三种染料均具有很好的提升性能,适用于涤纶织物碱性染色;优化的染色工艺为：染料2%（omf）,烧碱2 g/L,扩散剂NNO2 g/L,130℃染色60 min。涤纶织物应用该碱性染色工艺可获得较高的表观色深、优良的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度。

Three alkali-resistant disperse dyes of Orange HA, Red HA-3B and Blue HA are applied to poly- ester dyeing. The influences of the dosages of sodium hydrate and dispersant, dyeing temperature and time on dyeing behaviors are analyzed, and the building-up property and color fastness of the dyeings are discussed. The results show that three alkali-resistant disperse dyes feature good alkali resistance, and are suitable for alkali dyeing of polyester fabric. The optimum dyeing process is dyes 2%（omf）, sodi- um hydrate 2 g/L, dispersant NNO 2 g/L, and dyeing at 130 ℃ for 60 min. The polyester dyeings have a higher K/S value and good color fastness to washing and rubbing, and three dyes have good building-up property within the dye dosage of 2%（omf）.
