柴角透郁凉血汤治疗Graves'病合并粒细胞减少症43例

The Observation of Curative Effect of Chaijiao Touyu Liangxie Decoction Treating Graves' Disease with Neutropenia

观察柴角透郁凉血汤治疗Graves＇病合并粒细胞减少症患者的临床疗效。方法：收集门诊及住院诊断Graves＇病合并粒细胞减少症患者43例,在定期随访监测血常规、肝功能、甲状腺功能变化下,根据粒细胞减少程度调整抗甲状腺药物（以下简称ATD）甲巯咪唑的剂量,同时加服柴角透郁凉血汤治疗,观察粒细胞的恢复情况。结果：除2例患者使用强的松短期治疗外,其余41例患者外周血中性粒细胞绝对值（以下简称NEUT#）均在14~30天内恢复正常,且随诊未再发粒细胞减少症。结论：柴角透郁凉血汤治疗Graves＇病合并粒细胞减少症可使患者在不停用ATD治疗的前提下,改善患者的临床症状,升高粒细胞计数,并稳定在正常范围内,避免了I131或手术治疗,提高了治疗Graves＇病合并粒细胞减少症的远期疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaijiao Touyu Liangxie decoction in the treatment of Graves＇Disease with Neu- tropenia. Methods ：43 patients diagnosed with Graves＇Disease with Neutropenia in the outpatient and the inpatient, regularly monitored the change of blood routine, liver function and thyroid function. Treating with Chaijiao Touyu Liangxie decoction, adjusted the dosage of methimazole according to the decrease of granulocyte, meanwhile observing the recovery of granuloeyte levels. Results： Except 2 pa- tients used short- term prednisone treatment, the NEUT# levels of the rest of 41 patients returned to normal standard within 14 to 30 days. All patients did not suffer neutropenia again in the follow - up. Conclusion： On the premise of continuing taking ATD as treat- ment of Graves＇Disease with Neutropenia, Chaijiao Touyu Liangxie decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and increase the count of granulocyte steady in the normal range, avoiding the treatment of I131or operation. It can also improve the long - term curative effect of Graves＇Disease with Neutropenia.
