六味地黄丸治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病60例

60 Cases of Tpye 2 Diabetes Treatment with Liuweidihuang Pill

目的：观察六味地黄丸治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予六味地黄丸治疗,持续治疗2个月后,观察两组患者的临床疗效,并开展比较与分析。结果：两组患者治疗前的血浆空腹葡萄糖水平比较无统计学差异,治疗后观察组显著好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗总有效率对照组为85.0%,观察组为95.0%,观察组显著好于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：六味地黄丸可显著降低Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆空腹葡萄糖、非空腹血糖水平及体质指数,改善临床症状,对其身体无不良损害,临床应用价值确切。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of clinical application of Liuweidihuang Pill in treatment of type II diabetes melli- tus. Methods： 120 cases of type II diabetic patients in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group, the control group were given metformin treatment, the observation group was given Liuweidihuang Pill treatment, 2 months after treatment, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and to carry out comparison and analysis. Results： There were no statistical differences in fasting plasma glucose levels in the two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment, the patients in observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients in the control group in the total efficiency was 85% treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 95%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant difference between groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical application of Liuweidihuang Pill in the treatment of type II diabetes, can significantly reduce the patient＇s fasting plasma glucose, non fasting blood glucose levels and body mass index, improve the clinical symptoms, and no damage to the body, has certain value of clinical application.
