摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量及不确定度评定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量,分析影响其不确定度的因素来源,对各个不确定度因素进行评定,并计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果:不确定度评估绿原酸为±0.1556。结论:该方法可用于高效液相色谱法测定药物含量的不确定度分析。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for content determination and uncertainty analysis of ehlorogenic acid of silver yellow particles. Method: HPLC method was established to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. Each active component of uncertainty was calculated the variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty, extended un- certainty and confidence were finally obtained by synthesized the uncertainties of various component variables. Results: Uncertainty evaluation for chlorogenic acid was ± 0. 1556. Conclusion: The established mathematic model is reasonable and relible, which can be used to analyse the uncertainty of high performance liquid chromatography method in the determination of drugs.
