Content Determination and Uncertainty Analysis of the Chlorogenic Acid of Silver Yellow Particles by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量及不确定度评定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量,分析影响其不确定度的因素来源,对各个不确定度因素进行评定,并计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果:不确定度评估绿原酸为±0.1556。结论:该方法可用于高效液相色谱法测定药物含量的不确定度分析。

Objective： To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for content determination and uncertainty analysis of ehlorogenic acid of silver yellow particles. Method： HPLC method was established to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. Each active component of uncertainty was calculated the variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty, extended un- certainty and confidence were finally obtained by synthesized the uncertainties of various component variables. Results： Uncertainty evaluation for chlorogenic acid was ± 0. 1556. Conclusion： The established mathematic model is reasonable and relible, which can be used to analyse the uncertainty of high performance liquid chromatography method in the determination of drugs.
