目前，传统交易市场和Pc电子商务市场份额向移动电子商务市场快速发展，可信的电子凭证成为移动电子商务领域必不可少的安全保障。本文在充分研究电子商务签名技术的基础上，针对移动电子商务环境下电子凭证应用的业务特点，建立密码服务基础上的移动电子商务可信电子凭证业务模型，探讨移动电子商务可信电子凭证的生成、管理、验证和服务等生命过程，为移动电子商务活动所需的第三方可信电子凭证服务提供解决方案。

At present, the traditional market and PC market are developing to the mobile e-commerce market quickly. The reliable electronic documents become an indispensable security of mobile e-commerce. This paper on the basis of fully study of e-commerce signature technology, in the mobile e-business environment, according to the characteristics of the electronic certificate application, builds a modei of mobile e-commerce based on the password service, discusses the generation, management, validation, and service of reliable electronic, provides solutions for third-party reliable electronic certification.
