大庆油田注入水结垢预测及影响因素研究

摘要 通过对大庆采油各厂注入水样进行分析预测结垢状况及主要结垢物质,发现大庆采油厂注入水都有碳酸钙结垢的倾向;且使用的清水和污水水质较好。大庆一些采油厂已经采用清污混注技术,可用结垢预测技术优选注水配比降低结垢的可能。因此,研究油田注入水的腐蚀结垢机理具有重要意义。 The infusion water which passes to each oil extraction factory of Daqing is carried on analytic estimate of knot dirt condition and main knot dirt material, which discovers that the infusion water of oil extraction factory oil-field in Daqing has calcium carbonate knot dirt tendency, and the water quality of clear water and sewage that 0il extraction factory in Daqing use are better. Some oil extraction faetmies in Daqing have already adopted to settle clean-up mixed injection technology, deposit scale prediction optimizing injection ratio to lower the deposit scale possibility. So the mechanism of corrosion and scaling in oil field injection water and corrosion protection measures are of great significance and of great economic value.
