摘要 由于企业新员工的不断增多和流动,对新员工的激励成为了企业人力资源管理的重要课题。对新员工的激励方法很多,企业要根据自身行业特点和新员工的特点采用,可以重物质奖励而轻精神激励,也可以重精神激励而轻物质刺激,关键是看激励的效果,切不可千篇一律,盲目跟从。同时,对新员工的激励也要把握一个度,切不可过度,一味顺从满足新员工的各种需求,会对将来的管理埋下隐患。本文主要从新员工的特点分析入手,阐述了新员工激励的原则,对新员工激励的几种主要方法。希望本文能对企业人力资源管理者提供一些借鉴。 Because the number of new employees in enterprise is growing and moving, new staff incentive has become the important subject of enterprise human resource management. There are many incentive methods for new employee, and the enterprise should choose the proper one according to the characteristic of itself and the new employee. The method may pay more attention to the material reward or the spiritual incentives, the key standard is to see the incentive effect, and the enterprise should not follow the same pattern blindly. At the same time, the new employee's incentive should have a degree and should not meet all the various needs of new employees, if not it will bury next hidden trouble to the management. Mainly from the new staff's characteristic analysis, this article elaborated the principles for new employee incentive and some incentive methods for new staff. The author hopes this paper can provide some reference for the enterprise human resources management.
