摘要
从中国职业教育现状、艺术设计专业特点入手,强调教师要具备"三能":教学能力、社会实践能力、社会服务能力。本文强调专业教师要以"三能"标准要求自己,改变教学方式,提高教学水平,促进"三能"教学团队的优化。
Starting from the present situation of occupation education in China and the characteristics of art design sPecialty, this paper emphasizes that teachers should have three competence quality education teaching ability, social practice ability and social service ability. Professional teachers should request themselves with three competence standard, change the teaching way, improve the teaching level and promote the optimization of three competence teaching team.
