Analysis and Management of University Discipline Ecosystem

高校学科是多学科构成的生态结构,学科间存在众多有机联系。文章引入生态系统理论考察学科管理工作,分析学科生态系统存在的边缘效应、共生效应、平衡效应、整体效应,按照生态系统架构提出了三方面的管理目标,通过组织管理、活力管理和弹性管理加以实施,并提出了管理过程中应该具备的维持平衡、促进交叉、增强弹性等三方面的学科发展理念。

University discipline is a multidisciplinary ecological structure, and there are many organic links between disciplines. This article introduces the theory of eeosysteha to investigate discipline management work. The edge effect, symbiotic effect, balance effect and overall effeet of the discipline ecosystem is analyzed. According to the ecosystem architecture, three aspects of the management goal are put forward, to implement through the organization management, energy management and flexible management, and the discipline development philosophy of maintaining balance, promoting integration and enhancing elasticity are proposed.
