配送中心选址要考虑的因素很多,本文在实际调研和深入分析的基础上,提出了包含自然环境因素、经济因素、投资环境等因素的配送中心选址指标体系,并对某快消品批发企业配送中心企业选址进行了验证。

There are many factors need to consider of the distribution center allocation. Based on the practical research and in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward the index system which contains natural environment factors, economic factors, investment environment of the distribution center allocation, and it verifies the distribution center allocation of a wholesale company of fast-moving consumer goods.
