槽型钢板边支座多向弯曲成形工艺研究

摘要 本文对槽型钢存在的弯裂现象分析产生的原因,弯曲变形区不仅存在横向内外层的拉伸、压缩现象,而且也存在纵向内外层的拉伸、压缩。通过以上分析,以及对工装模具设计及钢板弯曲成形工艺的研究,将原模具进行了改进,改进后成形工件合格率达到95%以上,不仅改善零件外观质量,提高产品生产效率,而且降低生产成本。 This paper analyzes the causes of the bending crack in channel steel. There are the phenomena of tensile and compression of horizontal and lengthways layer inside and outside in the bending deformation zone. The original moulds are improved by the analysis and the studies of the design of the tool and equipment and the curving forming technology of steel plate. The percent of pass of the formed workpiece after the improvement is over 95%. It improves the appearance quality of the parts and the production efficiency of the products and reduces the production cost.
