摘要 庞庞塔煤矿位于山西省临县境内,隶属山西省霍州煤电集团吕临能化有限公司,设计年产1000万吨,矿井采用斜井开拓方式。井筒工程采用普通法施工局部砾石层采用冻结法施工。主斜井井筒施工应用了先进的混凝土衬砌液压台车模,利用混凝土输送泵输送混凝土,大大提高了工作效率,混凝土质量高,施工速度快,安全性能高,劳动强度及施工人数大幅降低。彻底改变了传统的碹台施工方法。 Pangpangta Coal Mine is located in Lin County of Shanxi Province, belonging to Shanxi Huozhou Coal Electricity Group Lvlin Energy Chemistry Co., Ltd.. The design capacity is 10 million tons, and inclined shaft development way is adopted in the mine. The shaft engineering takes common construction method and the local gravel layer takes the freezing construction method, The advanced concrete lining hydraulic model is used in the main inclined shaft construction. The use of concrete conveying pump greatly improves the work efficiency and quality of concrete, and the construction speed is quick, and safety performance is high. The labor intensity is reduced and fewer people are needed for construction. The method totally changes the traditional arch station construction method.
