摘要
随着经济的发展,在一定程度上推动了人员之间的流动。本文通过对流动人员人事档案管理的角度进行分析,通过阐述流动人员人事档案工作的重要性,对流动人员人事档案加强管理,同时提出相应的政策建议,进而为流动人员人事档案管理提供参考依据。
With the development of economy, the flow among the people has been promoted in a certain extent. This paper analyzes the management of the rotators＇ personnel archives. Through expounding the importance of the management work of the rotators＇ personnel archives, it strengthens the management of the rotators＇ personnel archives and puts forward the related policy suggestions to provide references for the management of the rotators＇personnel archives.
