摘要
过去一年中,结构总体组承担了包括结构总体、壳体结构设计、分离仿真、地面设备、燃气发生器、管路设计、火工品等在内的七个专业,在工作大幅增加、专业迅速扩张的同时也暴露出很多问题,本文将针对这些问题,结合个人思考,进行及时总结,探讨班组建设行之有效的管理措施。
In the past year, the overall structure group consists of seven specialties including overall structure, shell structure design, separation simulation, ground equipment, gas generator, pipeline design and pyrotechnics. In the process of work increasing and rapid expansion of specialties, there are many problems. Aiming at these problems and combined with the author's opinion, this article discusses the effective team management measures.
