With the maturing development of the socialist market economy in China, more and more attention is paid to scientific and technological innovation, and scientific and technological innovation capacity is promoted through various ways and means, which has achieved good results. This paper researches the status that finance promotes scientific and technological innovation, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions of the support of finance to scientific and tdchnological innovation.
