工学结合现在已经成为了高职院校专业教学的重要内容,也逐渐成为职业院校学生就业的主要模式。作为在当前已经普遍推行的一项制度,工学结合在很多方面都起到了积极作用。然而在目前的工学结合顶岗实习中,还存在着一系列问题,特别是学生的离职问题,本文将针对造成这一问题的原因进行探讨。

Work-integrated learning has become an important part of the teaching in higher vocational colleges, and also has become the main mode of students＂ employment of vocational colleges. As a widely applied system, work-integrated learning plays an active role in many aspects. But there are still a number of problems in current work-integrated learning internship, especially the demission problem of the students, this article will discuss the reasons for this problem.
