摘要
在高校生态环境中,辅导员的实际生态位受到挤压。本文从生态型辅导员团队建设模式架构、团队精神凝练、团队成长平台搭建、高效服务平台构建四个方面探索生态型辅导员团队建设路径。
The niche of political instructor is being oppressed. This paper aims to explore building an ecotype team through four aspects, namely, the forming of ecological framework model, the imbuing of team spirit, the establishing of teammenber growth platform and the constructing of efficient service platform.
